Description
The new improved Qi Services mobile app is a secure way to manage your Qi Bank Accounts, transfer money, and access your Qi Payment Cards from almost anywhere.
The app enables you to:
- VIEW AND MANAGE YOUR QI BANK ACCOUNTS.
- MANAGE YOUR CARD (BLOCK / UNBLOCK, RESET PIN, REPLACE , RENEW CARD ).
- VIEW YOUR ACCOUNT STATEMENTS IN DETAILS.
- TRANSFER MONEY FORM YOUR CARDS.
- VIEW THE NEAREST QI PLACES AROUND YOU.

The app doesn’t work on IOS 12.5.5
The last update 4.7.8 also still doesn’t work correctly on IOS 12.5.6, when trying to open the app it rapidly shut down automatically , ARE YOU CRAZY BABE ! 🤔
NOTE: The last working version 4.6.9 was running correctly on IOS 12.5.6 but all updates after that version doesn’t work OMG!!
Missing flexibility
The application is not flexible enough and not letting me transfer money to a different account out of Qcard and even when trying to transfer money between accounts with the same bank it’s giving limit exceeding! I know it’s a bank policy and not your problem as developer but I hope you forward the msg to them.
Regarding the application itself, please make it able to save information to avoid entering them every time. And the app could inform me that I am exceeding my limits or whatever banking restrictions before completing the whole process of receiving the passcode on my phone.
And finally please advice whoever holding the authorizations on the card to be responsive first and to give the authorization at least for the basic needs instead of taking the advantage of having the control and make it hard on the customer to get there money ..

It’s very bad app! It restart the mobile when you try to open the app! They told me update the app even it was the last version! And same problem. The staff not cooperative at all, they ask the same questions even I told them all about the problem with pictures too but they couldn’t give me any solution!!! One star too much for this app! It should get 0 stars.
