can't seem to watch ads so I'm stuck...other than that, peaceful game. edit, reinstalled the game after clearing cache and reset advertising ID. I can watch ads again and continue to progress. thanks team! edit2, why am I crafting a cafe table that takes 10 days to finish? is this a bug? I don't remember starting that nor do I have the crafting recipe for it. edit 3, it's fixed, might be a bug

Please try the following steps to recover the ads:
1. Clear the cache on Google Play and uninstall the game.
2. For Android devices: Go to "Settings → Google → Ads → Reset Advertising ID."
3. Reinstall the application.
4. If none of these measures work, try switching your network environment and try again.

Update*: The game videos have been broken for weeks now and no one seems to be fixing anything. So I guess this is how you play, not being able to level up because their video ad button is broken. * I'm not sure what has happened. I have been playing for 3 years now and the game has really lost its special-ness. A lot of repeat events, no real prizes, the main quests are ridiculously long, etc. I play cause I like yo watch my penguins but it is a shame. Was a 5 star game.

For Android phones: Go to "Settings → Google → Ads → Reset Ad ID". 4. Reinstall the app. 5. If the above measures are not effective, try switching to a different network environment and retry.

I had so much stuff (paid and unpaid) in my world and the game kept crashing recently so I went to uninstall and reinstall it and it erased all my progress even though it signed in on my Google play account. I'm really upset I lost all that stuff trying to fix a problem I didn't create Update: They helped me figure out how to get my account information back so we're all good < 3
